1. Will I be able to view my old tickets?

Yes you can view your old tickets using ticket id. All the cases
will be mapped to respective mail id which was used while creating the
case.

2. Is there any limitation on the file size that can be attached to the case?

Yes, you can attach file up-to 10mb


3. Do the old cases which have been migrated to HappyFox have all the
attachments shared earlier?

Yes

4. Do I need to re-create account once again on HappyFox?

Ans: If you have used kayako, you should have received email from happyfox to reset your password. Alternately, you can click forgot password to gain access to new portal.
If you are new to QOS Support, you need to register by providing your name and mail id (official mail id). Click http://support.qos.co.in/register

5. I am having trouble logging to support.qos.co.in.

Ans: If you have never create ticket before. Please click here to "create a new ticket". Click http://support.qos.co.in/new
